Alex Wrigley

"Hi there, my name is Alex Wrigley, the Party Professional! I began my DJ career 10 years ago and continue to love every minute of it. During the late 90's the Bay Area was booming with the extravagance of the dot-com era. I was working every weekend doing all kinds of special events including weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, corporate events, fundraisers and birthday parties.

My broad experience over the last decade has taught me how to read a crowd and keep them motivated on the dance floor. I graduated in 2005 from San Jose State having majored in communications. I furthered my training by taking many public speaking and performance courses. I even participated in debate tournaments to hone my public speaking skills. Needless to say I am an energetic and proficient public speaker.

I love what I do and I constantly try to improve my skills by attending industry seminars, conferences and through networking with other professionals to stay fresh and on the cutting edge. I enjoy the partnership I have with Jordan River. He is a like-minded pro who constantly encourages me and those around him to continue learning and to deliver the best in everything we do.

Aside from being a DJ, I work in the education system as a teacher at a local junior high school. Working with kids keeps me invigorated and helps me keep up with the latest trends in music. I love to dance, speak publicly, and plan events. My love of music and event coordination comes naturally. I truly appreciate seeing other people enjoy themselves, knowing in my heart I helped to create unforgettable moments for others.
